Method: CSPRNG 16 bytes → SHA-256 → first 4 bits checksum → 12×11-bit indexes into official English BIP-39 list (2048 words). After the words, Phantom derives keys with PBKDF2 then paths like m/44'/501' (Solana). This tool stops at the mnemonic.
